one of those times

Today is one of those days where I am so overwhelmed by what is going on in the world around me that I am unable to put anything in to words. Too many people with too many opinions have already said too much and it's to the point where no one really knows, or seems to care, what the truth is. Things that seem to make perfect sense to the people that are directly affected don't seem to matter to people who have nothing to do with the end results, but they are bigger, louder, and better organized and all they really care about is what they want instead of what is right.

So there is no point is in me adding my voice to any of it. At least not today.

I tried to build my own template for this blog. I'm not sure I'm happy with it, but I'm posting to see how a new post is handled. What do you think?

Another attempt at a Podcast

Someone told me it was possible to podcast using blogger. So I'm trying it. Maybe this would be fun to do for grandmas, but then again....

If you click the title, it should take you to an old song that has fallen into public domain that I uploaded just to test this.

to get it into itunes, you'd have to do it manually.... and that's just too much to cover right now.

I'm going to put a sticky note on my screen that says "don't click 'Publish' until the pain killers wear off".

That's one of the dangers of living medicated.

First One

So I started this second blog for things that no one besides me might really care about. I thought I should keep the other blog for the family news and stuff and this one for when I want to shoot my mouth off or some of my other writings. I've started several essays and things that you may or may not care about, but I think they are worth sharing.
